We researched many heating and air conditioning firms, before we settled on a product and installer for our new hot water heater. At one point, we even considered a friend of a friend but felt a measure of awkwardness if things didn't go well. So, in the end, we purchased a product at Lowes, and Lowes arranged for Simply Heating and Air Conditioning, to complete the installation of our new hot water heater.

Both teams at Lowes and Simply Heating were brilliant and customer focused, beyond expectations. There were no "hidden" costs and Lowes even provided a gift card incentive. Simply Heating was efficient, punctual, available, and safe (the entire team wore facial coverings and respected all of the pandemic safety measures). Claudio (a company partner) did the complete estimate in just a few minutes, offering suggestions and weighing the options against price/quality. Claudio is a "straight shooter" who is personable and honest about the work and the costs, and he then contacted Lowes without unnecessary delays. John, the installation team lead (and company partner), was very knowledgeable and personable. It was clear that he loved the jobsite work, and working directly with the customers. Throughout the installation, suggestions were offered in the way of optimizing other heating and air-conditioning equipment and settings...all, without delaying the installation process. In the 26 years that we have been living in our house, I can count on one hand, the number of contractors that I would have back again (and still have fingers left over).

I would have Simply Heating back for additional work, in a heartbeat. In fact I will be arranging for Simply Heating and Air Conditioning to do our regular furnace maintenance, in the Fall.
